Desk2 (Squared)
The ambitions for this project were two-fold: first, to create "flat pack" furniture offered over the internet, which could be easily shipped in a single flat box. Second, Desk2 was designed without desk drawers to avoid clutter by providing two desks that serve as one. The upper desk remains a flat, clean surface for the client's computer; when more work space is necessary the lower desk and it's contents can be extended and then tucked away. This project was featured in Wallpaper in 2005.
